CELEBRATING DEBT PAYOFF
When you’re in the finance business, the real human impact of debt gets overshadowed by interest rates, terms, and other number jargon. But—there is a hugely meaningful moment when that debt is suddenly gone. It’s the culmination of years of hard work, sacrifices, and pushing toward a goal of seeing a $0 balance over the span of many years. Despite all that effort, the final payment usually happens without much fanfare.
That’s why, SoFi decided to celebrate the debt free moment.
SOFI'S FIRST ANNUAL DEBT PAYOFF PARTY
On a cozy fall day in Brooklyn, SoFi hosted a 150 person family-style dinner dedicated to celebrating members and their biggest supporters who helped them achieve paying off their loans.
SUMMER OF FUNDS
The SoFi Summer Of Funds activation in NYC, marked the third annual debt payoff celebration. Produced by Tom Roche and hosted at the Crown Rooftop, the party brought 150 guests together under one roof to celebrate SoFi members who had recently paid off their student loan debt.
REFI & RELAX
SoFi's Refi and Relax campaign aimed to educate graduates on their refinancing options as a way to relieve the overwhelming stress that comes with carrying student debt.
The campaign comprised of a robust social media advertising push (#RefiandRelax), in addition to a members-only launch party in NYC exclusively for those who recently refinanced their loans. The event was dedicated to giving the members an experience of utmost relaxation, with manicures, playtime with rescue puppies, a donut wall, premium giveaways, and even a chance to lounge in bathtub full of cash.
