RAISE WEEK
As part of Raise Week, SoFi hosted a series of hands-on events in eight cities around the country to provide education and coaching on how to ask for a raise as well as non-monetary benefits, how to know when it’s time to change jobs or industries and more.
GET THAT RAISE
Get That Raise was the next iteration of the Raise Week campaign and focused even more on empowering employees to ask for the money they deserve, while equipping them with the tools and resources to be prepared and have informed conversations with their managers. In addition to a livestreamed event and fireside chat, the campaign included robust social awareness and a Webby Award winning interactive tool.
ACCELERATE
SoFi Accelerate was an event series for ambitious millennials looking to break away, look beyond, and get ahead in their careers.
The series of day-long retreats took place in Chicago, NYC, and SF gave attendees the time and space to think big—as well as the tools and structures to make their career goals happen.
